Tate is one of those shoes you’ll reach for again and again. A classic tassel loafer made in beautifully soft leather, with a flexible driving-style sole and a matching leather tassel for a relaxed, easy finish.

We’ve deliberately left Tate unlined, so instead of adding another layer between you and the leather, you feel the beautifully soft reverse side of the upper against your foot. It makes the whole shoe wonderfully flexible and allows the leather to move naturally as you wear it. A cushioned leather insock adds that extra bit of comfort underfoot.

Easy with jeans, brilliant with trousers and just as good with a dress when you want to make it feel a little less dressed up.

Styling Tips

There isn’t much Liquorice won’t work with. We’d wear Tate with ankle-length trousers and a great knit for an easy everyday look, or with a midi dress and tights when you don’t fancy boots. And, of course, black leather and denim will always work.
